44½ tk. Brick work in cm.1:6 mix 2’6” ht.weathering course in 12:32 ½ mix of lime and brick bats (Surki) and top finished in cm.1.5 mix to require.

C.C.1:5:10 mix using 1 ½” metal jelly and top finished with top quality ceramic tiles wroth Rs. 70 /- and for main door steps finished with granite tile. Portico will be finished with quality Portico tiles worth Rs.40 /-

Wall Dadoing

Wall dadoing finished with Gujarat glass tiles up to 7’40” ht. above kitchen platform wall & 7’0” ht. for toilet walls worth Rs.45 /-.  The kitchen platform will be finished with black granite top having 2’x1’6” Stainless Steel Sink or standard length as per standard plan. (Extra Kitchen Table top will be done on extra cost).

Sub-structure with R.R. masonry in cm.1:8 mix and main

Structure in hallow Block of suitable wall plastered and color washed A gate of 5’0” ht.

The road facing compound wall plastered and color washed.

‘A’ gate of 8’6” (5.0 and 3’6”) will be provided.

External: - Two coats exterior acrylic emulsion paint of Asian or equivalent make over one coat of primer.
